EMERGE Program

EMERGE supports young adults ages 16 to 26 as they move from adolescence into adulthood. The program helps individuals build life skills for greater independence while also addressing mental health needs.

Individuals receive clinical and community-based support related to education, employment, and personal growth.

Program Services Include:

  • Individual therapy and counseling
  • Community-based case management support
  • Help with getting a driver’s license and learning transportation skills
  • Job readiness training, including resumes, applications, and interviews
  • College and career preparation assistance

Success looks different for each individual. It may include graduating from high school, attending college, joining the military, finding a job, or building the skills needed to live more independently.
