Programs May Include

STRIVE Program
STRIVE stands for Striving Toward Recovery Individually, Vigilantly, Excellently. It is Aspire’s structured outpatient substance use recovery program for adults.

STRIVE provides counseling, education, relapse prevention, and peer support. The program helps individuals build skills for long-term recovery while continuing to manage daily responsibilities.

Accountability Court

The Accountability Court Program works with local courts to support individuals whose legal challenges are connected to substance use or behavioral health needs. Through treatment, recovery support, and accountability, individuals work toward stability, sobriety, and reduced involvement with the criminal justice system.

RISE Program (Medication-Assisted Treatment)

The RISE Program, which stands for Recovery IS Everything, is Aspire’s Medication-Assisted Treatment program. It combines physician-supervised medications with counseling, behavioral therapy, and peer support for individuals recovering from opioid or alcohol use disorders.

The program helps reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms while supporting long-term recovery.

Change Center

Change Center is Aspire’s non-clinical recovery support program. It provides peer connections, recovery meetings, life skills support, and access to community resources.

Change Center is open to anyone in the community and promotes hope, independence, and lasting recovery.

CORE Program (Community Overdose Response Engagement)
CORE is a peer-led program for individuals affected by opioid use and overdose. The program provides recovery support, harm reduction education, overdose prevention resources, and connections to treatment.

CORE helps individuals reduce the risk of future overdose and move toward greater stability and recovery.

Touchstone Residential Treatment Program

Touchstone is Aspire’s residential treatment program for adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health needs. It provides a structured and supportive setting focused on recovery, relapse prevention, life skills, and peer support.
