APEX School-Based Mental Health Program

The APEX program brings mental health services into local schools, making care easier to access for students and families. By placing therapists in schools across Aspire’s eight-county service area, APEX helps reduce barriers to treatment and limits the amount of classroom time students miss.

Therapists work with school staff and families to make sure students receive support in a familiar and caring setting.

Program Services Include:

  • Individual therapy at school
  • Support from teachers and school counselors to help students succeed
  • Family involvement to strengthen support at home
  • Education on coping skills and managing emotions

Success in APEX may include better emotional well-being, stronger family involvement, and progress toward each student’s treatment goals.

Call us to schedule an appointment or learn more about the program at 229-430-5100.  (Link: tel:2294305100)
