Adult Mental Health and Substance Use Outpatient Program

Aspire’s Adult Mental Health and Substance Use Outpatient Program provides ongoing care for individuals seeking support for mental health or substance use challenges. Individuals can receive treatment while continuing to live, work, and take part in their communities.

Services begin with an assessment to better understand each individual’s needs, goals, and diagnosis. This information helps the clinical team develop a treatment plan based on the individual.

Program Services Include:

  • Individual therapy focused on managing symptoms and improving emotional wellness
  • Psychiatric evaluations and medication management
  • Group counseling and recovery education
  • Integrated care for behavioral health and medical needs
  • Case management and connections to community resources

What Progress Looks Like in Outpatient Care

Success in outpatient care may include greater stability, stronger coping skills, and progress toward personal goals. Some individuals may improve to the point that they no longer need regular therapy services.
